Villa Lega Baldini — the First Villa of Rimini’s Marina (1870) – Virtual Tour 360°
The brothers who opened Rimini first bathing establishment in 1843 built this house in 1870 to prove you could live by the sea. It is the first villa of the marina.

Villa Solinas — Gaetano Urbani’s Gothic Villa on Rimini’s Marina (1874)
Rimini gave the plot away for nothing in 1874 to get it built. Gaetano Urbani, the municipal engineer, answered with the most inventive of the first villas of the marina.
