Your event is on a ticketing site. The place it happens is on Google. Nobody connects the two.
Someone planning a week in Budapest searches the building, not your walk. They find the building — its history, its architect, a photograph — and your guided visit, two streets away and three days later, appears nowhere on that page. We publish your event on the page of the place where it happens, in English, free. Same page, same reader, already there.
Publishing your events here has no ceiling and no card. This is not a trial, and it is not taken away if you never pay.
| On the page of the place | Your walk or visit appears on the page about the building, the quarter or the city where it happens — the page a traveller was already reading before they knew you existed. |
|---|---|
| On the map and in the city guide | Your dates go into the archive, onto the map and into the city pages people read when they are planning a trip to Lisbon, Budapest or Kraków. |
| In English, written properly | Send it in your own language. What goes online is English a foreign visitor reads without effort — and we check the facts before publishing, because the archive carries our name too. |
| Your booking button, wherever you sell | Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, your own website: the button on your event page points where you tell us. We take nothing on those sales, and we never stand between you and your buyer. |
| Your name on it | You are named as the organiser, with a link to your site. The event is yours; we publish it. |
In October, KÉK — Contemporary Architecture Centre published their guided tour of the Central European University campus here. It sits on the Budapest Szecesszió page, in English, with their own ticket link on the button. It cost them an email.
heritage places, each one documented and GPS-verified.
cities, with guides and itineraries travellers plan from.
cultural events already published — yours can be next.
| Do I need to change my website? | No. The event page lives here, and the booking link and the “what to see nearby” box work on your site with a line to paste. |
|---|---|
| Can I keep selling where I sell now? | Yes, and today that is exactly how it works: your event page here carries your own booking button, pointing at whatever platform you use. We take no cut of it. We are building our own till; when it is ready it will be one more option, never a condition for being published. |
| Can I keep my own prices and rules? | Prices, capacity, refunds and cancellations are yours, because the sale is yours. Nothing here changes the terms your buyers already accept. |
| What does the free listing cost me later? | Nothing, ever. The Organiser plan buys the organiser page, the front row and the report — not permission to exist in the archive. |
| Is this advertising? | Paid placement carries a visible partner label, as the editorial guidelines say. The free listing is editorial, and money never decides what goes into the archive. |
The Organiser plan is $149 a year — about twelve dollars a month. One extra booked visit pays for it.
| Unlimited events | Every walk, visit and festival you run — listed, mapped, on your city page. No monthly ceiling. |
|---|---|
| A permanent organiser page | Your programme, your dates, your story — a page that answers a traveller before they write to you. |
| Featured on every event | Your name, your logo and your booking link on each of your listings. |
| In the newsletter | Your next dates inside an editorial newsletter people read on purpose. |
| A quarterly report | What was published, the words people searched to find it, the visits your own analytics can verify. |
| Everything in Pro Operatori | The place page, the photographs with credit, the route with a GPX file your guests follow on their phone. |
Featured events ($29) and section sponsorships ($490) are arranged directly: write to Carla Szathvary, Partnerships, via the contact page. Every paid placement carries a visible partner label; our editorial coverage of heritage is never for sale.
Before you pay, read how refunds work: our refund policy is short, it is applied automatically where the rule is clear, and you can ask for a refund here.
