Roseto degli Abruzzi, commonly known simply as Roseto, is a town and comune in the Province of Teramo, in the Abruzzo region of central Italy. A beach resort on the Adriatic Sea with about 24,000 inhabitants, it stands on the estuaries of the Vomano and Tordino rivers and is the second largest city in its province.

History
Roseto developed along the Adriatic coast at the mouths of the Vomano and Tordino, growing through the modern era as a seaside town. In recent decades the comune has expanded markedly, with growth in the northern quarter of Borsacchio, in Campo a Mare along the seacoast, and in Voltarrosto to the west. This expansion reflects its role as a coastal centre and the second city of its province.
