History

The building’s innovative heating system—integrated into walls without visible radiators—emerged partly from practical necessity: key radiator components failed to arrive on time during construction, prompting the architect to embed climate control directly into the structure.
The exterior underwent comprehensive renovation from 2009 to 2010.
