Priest Christian Schrott founded the winery in 1989, establishing a cooperative model rooted in the region’s viticultural tradition. In 2010, a transformative new headquarters was inaugurated, built on the foundation of the original winery building and expanding the cooperative’s capacity to serve its growing membership and visitor base.
