History
The palace was constructed in 1527 on land formerly occupied by a Roman theater. Its long association with banking began in 1844 when it became the seat of the Cassa di Risparmio di Jesi. Following banking reforms in 1990, the foundation was established in 1992 to manage cultural and social activities separate from banking operations. The building’s interior features a distinctive 1950s bank vault, built during an era of institutional prestige and still intact.

The Renaissance structure survives in carefully preserved details: an ornate portal with white stone jambs and an inscribed window frame. Multiple renovations have substantially altered the original appearance, but these elements document its sixteenth-century origins.
