A sword stands point-down the full height of the banner, and along its blade, where a maker would engrave a motto, the company has stacked its catalogue: munitions, explosives, chemical products. Vincere! floats in script at the top; BPD in monogram at the guard.
The listed products remove any ambiguity about what kind of company this is, and the address at the foot — GRUPPO BOMBRINI PARODI-DELFINO, ROMA, CORSO UMBERTO I — adds the head-office practicality this series occasionally allows. The sword-as-inventory is the most literal design in the «Vincere» group: the product is the war.
Colleferro’s company
Bombrini Parodi-Delfino — BPD — was founded in 1912 by Leopoldo Parodi Delfino and Giovanni Bombrini, and grew into the chemicals-explosives group whose works built the company town of Colleferro, south of Rome. Its later history runs through SNIA (from 1968) and eventually into the aerospace industry — the same works that made shells became, decades on, a maker of solid rocket propulsion. Here it stands at its wartime peak, listing munitions on a sword under the watchword that Mussolini’s declaration of 10 June 1940 gave to the whole series.

The collector attributes the sheet to Erberto Carboni, reading an EC monogram beside the script; nothing resolves there on our scan, and the sheet is published without an attribution.
