Vucetich studied architectural drawing at the Real Istituto di Belle Arti in Naples, where he obtained his professorship in 1917. In 1919, while working as a municipal architect in Gorizia, he became active in Futurist circles and co-authored the Manifesto of the Giulian Futurist movement. He subsequently pursued his artistic and architectural practice in major Italian cities including Bologna, Venice and Rome, establishing himself as a designer working across disciplines.
