Budapest Spring Festival 2026 — 45th Edition

The 45th Budapest Spring Festival brings over 150 events — classical concerts, contemporary dance, theatre, film, and exhibitions — to nearly 70 cultural venues across the Hungarian capital across two weeks in May. One of Central Europe’s longest-running multidisciplinary festivals, it unfolds in historic institutions and alternative spaces from Soroksár to Budafok. The festival is the cultural centrepiece of the city’s spring season and draws audiences from across the region.
