Among Łódź’s oldest theatres, this 1870 building has served as a creative laboratory for Poland’s film, television and theatre professionals for over two decades.

Today it functions as the performance and training space for the Leon Schiller National Higher School of Film, Television and Theatre.

From 1998 onwards, the Leon Schiller National Higher School of Film, Television and Theatre assumed management of the building.
