Founded by Marco Conte over four decades ago, Galleria Il Mappamondo has established itself through regular exhibitions in its own spaces and active participation in specialized art fairs and professional gatherings. The gallery’s founding orientation—to engage with major contemporary art movements and the masters who have significantly renewed or discovered new possibilities in expressive language—has remained its defining commitment.
