Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones – Ksar Hadada as Tatooine (2002)

In Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones (dir. George Lucas, 2002), the ksar complex of Ksar Hadada in Tataouine Governorate, Tunisia was used again as a location representing the desert planet Tatooine. Anakin Skywalker returns to Tatooine in search of his mother, and exterior Mos Espa sequences drew on the same Tataouine-region ksour locations used in the previous film.
