Current management began in March 1977. The library was originally housed in two basement rooms within the Municipality building, where it also functioned as a cultural hub linking the Theater and Auditorium. In 1998, the library relocated to Palazzo Prosperi Buzi on Vicolo Macario, where it remains today.
