The Zeppelin Museum presents its largest collection of airships in the world on 4000 m2 of exhibition space: as a multimedia narration of living history, of brave people, technical innovations and top performances.
In the permanent exhibition, for example, the flight according to the "lighter than air" principle is clearly explained and experienced in the experimental stations. The success story of the Zeppelin Group and its pioneers shows how technical innovations were born and the cult around Zeppelin has been celebrated for over a century.
The highlight is the partial reconstruction of the Hindenburg. Through Fallreep you can enter the passenger areas of the LZ 129, which have been rebuilt in their original size according to historical plans and you can experience firsthand how you felt like a passenger of this innovative luxury ship in flight.
