The name of the restaurant is that of one of the leaders of the Sardinian-Punic uprising. The roots, here from Josto, are therefore very present. But once you have crossed the threshold of via Sassari 25, it is clear that this is not a common restaurant.
Here Pierluigi Fais wanted to create his ideal dining room, where customers and staff can feel at home amid design details, good music (strictly on vinyl) and an informal setting in its youthful and trendy elegance. A large window breaks down the barrier between the room and the kitchen, so that the customer can be a spectator of the constant dedication of those who work in the kitchen.
