Occasione rara per visitare la chiesa sorta nel IV secolo presso il titulus Fasciolae, riedificata da papa Leone III nell’814 e ristrutturata nel 1600 ad opera del cardinale Cesare Baronio.
L’interno presenta decorazioni cosmatesche ed è arricchito da splendidi affreschi, attribuiti al Pomarancio, con scene legate alla vita e al martirio dei santi titolari e di S. Domitilla, altre scene di martirio decorano le navate laterali.
