45th Istanbul International Film Festival
The Istanbul International Film Festival, organized by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV), is Turkey’s largest and most prestigious cinema showcase, drawing hundreds of international and Turkish productions to historic Beyoğlu venues each April. The 45th edition featured 127 feature films and 13 short films across ten days, with the Golden Tulip Competition at its heart. Festival venues cluster along İstiklal Avenue, within walking distance of the Pera Palace Hotel.
