Enrico Del Debbio (Carrara, 26 May 1891 – Rome, 12 July 1973), architect, was given in 1927 the commission for the Foro Mussolini, today the Foro Italico, the great sports citadel of Rome, for which he designed the Stadio dei Marmi (1928) and the layout as a whole.
