Una delle poche strade che conserva l’antico nome e l’aspetto assunto nella tarda età imperiale. Lungo il fianco della basilica dei SS. Giovanni e Paolo è possibile osservare la facciata di un’insula di età imperale a tre piani. Sul lato opposto l’aula basilicale identificata con la biblioteca di papa Agapito I e nei pressi della chiesa di S. Gregorio i resti di un’abitazione del III secolo.
