Le gustose specialità tipiche del Brunch, con un tocco di Made in Italy, saranno proposte tra le ore 10.30 e le 13.00 presso la caffetteria del Museo Correr da Ristoart.
Sarà possibile assaporare, tra gli altri, monoporzioni di frittatina con pancetta cubettata ai ventagli di pasta sfoglia ricotta e spinaci, briosches salate farcite ai pancakes con topping di frutti di bosco, accompagnati da cioccolata e sciroppo d’acero, pane tostato con due tipologie di marmellate (arancia amara e albicocca), con burro monoporzione e macedonia o, ancora, yogurt misti e bocconcini di pane ai cereali. Il tutto accompagnato da bevande e vini Chardonnay, Cabernet o prosecco d.o.c.g Japo Conegliano e Valdobbiadene.
