Each third weekend of September, France’s Journées Européennes du Patrimoine throws open the doors of heritage sites normally closed to the public — and in Nancy, that means the city’s exceptional Art Nouveau patrimony. The 2026 edition (September 19–20) features guided tours departing from the Brasserie Excelsior through Art Nouveau mansions along Avenue Foch to Villa Majorelle, with most activities free of charge.
This event recurs annually.
