Ullanlinna: Maritime Art Nouveau (ADM Helsinki)
Ullanlinna is where Helsinki’s Art Nouveau meets the sea, and the museum’s title for the walk says so plainly. An hour and a half in English through the district’s maritime Jugend, the northern branch of the movement that ran across Europe at the turn of the twentieth century.
It is one of seven themed architecture walks the Arkkitehtuuri- ja designmuseo runs in English through August, each booked on its own.
