I Sabadoni sono un prodotto dolciario tipico della cucina romagnola ed emiliana. Sono una sorta di ravioli dolci, di forma rettangolare, fatti con un ripieno di castagne bagnato nella saba, da cui prendono il nome.
Ogni anno a Gennaio nel comune di Massa Lombarda (RA) si svolge la Sagra de "Il Sabadone".
La 23° Edizione si terrà dal 18 al 26 Gennaio 2020. (Lunedì 20 riposo) I Sabadoni sono i dolci tradizionali in occasione della ricorrenza del 25 Gennaio, giorno della Festa di San Paolo, "San Peval di Segn", Santo Patrono della città. Per questo vengono familiarmente chiamati i Dolci di San Paolo.
