Canneto sull'Oglio is a small town on the Oglio river between Mantua and Cremona. The nearest railway stations are Mantua (approximately 30 km east) and Cremona (approximately 30 km west), both served by regional trains. From either station, the most practical connection is by taxi or rental car; public bus connections to Canneto are limited. By car from Milan, take the A21 motorway toward Brescia-Cremona and exit at Castelvetro, then follow provincial roads toward Canneto sull'Oglio; the journey takes approximately 1.5 hours from Milan. From Mantua, take the SP10 west along the Oglio valley.
