In 2009, Cinema Golden underwent transformation into a digitized multiplex, modernizing operations amid broader challenges facing Italian cinemas. The family marked a century of continuous activity in 2013, with the third generation—Giuseppe Gambina, Sebastiano’s son—leading the organization and passing stewardship to the fourth generation.
