The congress center represents a significant expansion, designed by the Hamburg-based GMP studio to elevate the venue’s capacity for international events.

The congress structure employs a modular design accommodating 1,000 to 13,000 square meters. A 900-seat main conference room subdivides into two auditoriums seating 320 and 510 for music performances. A multifunctional hall holds up to 800 for conferences, shows, and concerts. The facility includes a 1,000-square-meter exhibition area adjoining the auditorium, wireless simultaneous translation systems, and an additional 28,000 square meters of exhibition space divided across six pavilions. Parking, bars, and restaurants complete the complex.
