The restaurant is located in what has been identified as the block adjacent to the ancient temple of the Roman city of Alba Pompeia. In the kitchen, an excavation is preserved and protected by a display case which has brought to light a portion of the network of the Roman aqueduct, which guests can admire on request.
In the rooms of the entrance and in the private room, it is possible to admire a precious fragment of flooring that can be traced back to the ancient Roman city and in particular to the flooring that emerged from the excavations of the theater. The walls of the entrance also reveal portions of ancient stones to visitors the original opus incertum with which much of the monumental Alba was built.
