In the kitchen of the Tower you can breathe simplicity and deep passion. Small gestures are repeated hundreds, thousands of times with great love in search of perfection. In the kitchen, "free" time is spent imagining and experimenting with new dishes, new combinations, new emotions.
The cellar is an integral part of the Tower and making it usable, without distorting the historical identity of the place, was a long and demanding job. The result is particularly suggestive, but above all it guarantees the correct conservation of the bottles in controlled temperature and humidity conditions. In our wine list you will find, with a great depth of vintages, the great Italian classics, especially from the Veneto and South Tyrolean whites, from Tuscany and Piedmont from the reds; in addition to labels from all other Italian regions, from the Aosta Valley to Sicily.
A particular and very detailed space is dedicated to the production of our region: alongside historical and well-known producers we continuously insert new large and small, sometimes very small, practically artisans of wine. We have a special eye for France with a wide selection ranging from Loire to Provence, from Bordeaux to Burgundy and Alsace, but in our map you will also find a lot of Germany, Austria, USA, New Zealand and Spain.
