The Victorian Gothic-style complex belonged to the Claybury Hospital which was in charge of the treatment of psychiatric patients. About 20 years ago the structure still in full form and kept up to date, has been renovated and adapted to a wellness center, complete with an exercise bike, sauna, gym equipment, whirlpools and above all a splendid 25-meter heated swimming pool built under the main nave of the church, where at the time there were benches for the faithful.
