The Diocesan and Codex Museum is a Calabrian museum.

It is located in Rossano, in the municipality of Corigliano-Rossano, in the province of Cosenza, next to the Cathedral of the Santissima Achiropita. Inside, the museum houses his main work: the Codex Purpureus Rossanensis, an illuminated evangelary written in ancient Greek from the sixth century, concerning the New Testament.

Included in the UNESCO heritage lists in the "Memory of the World" category on October 9, 2015.

According to many, it is the oldest illustrated Gospel in the world.

The museum also preserves about two hundred works of art from various eras and of various kinds that belonged to different churches of the archdiocese of Rossano-Cariati.
