Thus was born the La Caravella restaurant, Aladdin lowered the sails of the great sailor and entered the kitchen. After him, the children continued the business until 1982, when the granddaughter Consuelo, with her husband Mino, decided to take the restaurant path and carry on the family tradition.
La Caravella is a ship-shaped stilt house, built on the small beach of the village, where Aladino had his own fishing boat shed and where he usually met with friends, in the company of whom he enjoyed wonderful cacciucchi. The La Caravella restaurant is renowned for its excellent cuisine, for the courtesy of its staff and for the warm welcome.
