Thiene is an Italian town in the province of Vicenza in the Veneto region.
The city of Thiene is located in the center of the wide plain north of Vicenza, in the so-called Pedemontana area, near the mouth of the Val d'Astico, an ancient road to Germany. It is 10 km from Schio, 20 from Vicenza and 22 from Bassano del Grappa.
