The entire complex consists of a large manor house, which has a solid and harmonious appearance at the same time. The visitor is welcomed by a beautiful well-kept garden, with flowers and plants of various species that have adapted well to the local microclimate.

Villa Marzolla shows a garden which is a remarkable and truly suggestive experience. It offers the eye with a rich vegetation, which has flourished over time. Inside the area there is a cedar dating back to 1885, in addition to the famous "rose tunnel" and "wisteria tunnel", the frame of the villa. The main house is characterized by three high and rather overhanging portals. Above there is a circular window, and a tympanum.
