Rifugio Peller

The Peller refuge is one of the 34 SAT refuges in Trentino. It is located in the Brenta Dolomites between the Val di Non and Val di Sole and is owned by the SAT of Cles. The Peller refuge was built in 1903 on the initiative of some members of the SAT of Cles. It was definitively in the hands of the SAT since 1914.

In 1943 a great fire completely destroyed it and was rebuilt only in 1952 by the members of the SAT of Cles. But in 1962 another great fire destroyed the Peller refuge again, this time it was rebuilt on the north-east side near the Malgari locality and was inaugurated in 1965. The refuge was also recently renovated.

The Peller refuge can be reached both from the Val di Non and from the Val di Sole.
