Hveravellir is a geothermal site located in the Highlands of Iceland, between the Langjökull and Hofsjökull glaciers; can be reached during the summer through the Kjalvegur slope.
The resort is a protected area particularly known for its hot water and steam sources and outdoor thermal pools. Near it were built shelters starting in 1922, later expanded and modernized until 1994.
