The PRISON in CHO.earth

During the CHO.earth game you can also end up in prison as in the MONOPOLY and exit either by amnesty implemented by the CHO.earth system or by paying a sum.

The “Prison” in CHO.earth is equivalent to the Blocking of the user's Profile by the System if the CHO.earth Rules are not followed. This happens even if you don't do activities correctly.

Activities to avoid in order not to enter the prison

PRISON is a preventive punitive state that serves to help the User not make mistakes or break the Rules on an ongoing and voluntary basis.

Activities of creation and publication of vCards
It is not allowed to make double vCards: they are double vCard cards when they indicate the same place / property, even if with different names, coordinates, images and data but which refer to the same property.
VCards that indicate different internal functions of the same asset are excluded, for example a building may have its own vCard but there may be inside the vCard of the Museum it contains, the Cafeteria, an office, a laboratory. They are all different activity cards that authorize Users to make a different vCard with different contents for each one.
At the time of creating the vCard you have the possibility to do 3 actions:
1 - Put it in drafts and then modify it at a later time and publish it later.
2 - Publish it by going to the purchase of the Digital Property by paying the NFT Base Value ($BV)
3 - Publish it by sending it to the Public Auction, here you can earn 50% of the Auction Closing Value ($ACV).
In case 2 and 3 the vCard will go through the REVIEW which within 72 hours the Editors will check it and put it online. The vCard will now be visible to the public in CHO.earth.

It is not allowed to double vCard by calling the same good in two different ways, for example: “Castel Brando” and to make one by calling the same good “Fortezza Brando di Cison”, putting also the different coordinates and different images. This is a double vCard because it is the same place and the CHO.earth system finds them both automatically and from the reports of the Moderators but also from cross-checks made by the CHO.earth editorial team.

Double vCards are deleted!

First double vCard: the Credits assigned will be removed and the amount paid to acquire it will be lost, if instead it was sent to Auction, the CHO.earth system will remove the Credits assigned at the time of Publication twice.

Second double vCard: (within 168 hours from the first) the Credits assigned will be removed and the amount paid to acquire it will be lost, if instead it was sent to Auction, the CHO.earth system will remove the Credits assigned at the time of Publication.
Here the PRISON is triggered for 168 hours, then the account and the vCards owned are blocked by removing them from the market momentarily.

Third double vCard: (within 168 hours from the second) the Credits assigned will be removed and the amount paid to acquire it will be lost, if instead it was sent to Auction, the CHO.earth system will remove the Credits assigned at the time of Publication.
Here the PRISON is triggered for a month, then the account and the vCard owned by blocking them from the market momentarily.

At the fourth double vCard: (within one month from the third) all the Credits assigned and the points in the “Treasure Chest” will be removed, losing all the Badges accumulated from the Profile.
Here the PRISON is triggered until the intervention of the OASIS Team, then the blocking of the account and the vCards owned by removing them from the market momentarily.

Entry errors
The data entered incorrectly or does not comply with the guidelines present in the vCard compilation format, penalize the use of the information in the vCard and therefore users will be able to put negative reviews and give very low scores penalizing the Value of the Digital Property.
The CHO.earth system will find them both automatically and from the reports of the Moderators but also from cross-checks made by the CHO.earth editorial team.

First, second and third Error: (within 168 hours of each other in a new vCard) for one or more imperfections / errors made in a single vCard the Credits assigned for the vCard will be removed. The vCard will be sent back in Drafts where the User can fix the errors and send the vCard back for review.

From the fourth error: (within 168 hours from the last in a new vCard) the Credits assigned will be removed, the vCard will be sent in draft and you will lose the amount paid to acquire it, if instead you have sent it to Auction, the CHO system .earth will remove the Credits assigned at the time of Publication 4 times.
Here the PRISON is triggered for 168 hours, then the account and the vCard owned by blocking them from the market momentarily.

Persistent and repeated errors: (multiple errors in 10 different vCards concentrated in a month) make the OASIS Team intervene, which can activate the Blocking procedure and lose all the Credits assigned and the points in the "Treasure Chest", losing all the Badges accumulate from the Profile.
Here the PRISON is triggered until the intervention of the OASIS Team, then the blocking of the account and the vCards owned by removing them from the market momentarily.

Blocking the vCard
This penalty starts if the owner himself creates activities such as ghost events, created without a real development and / or in the absence of an invited audience in his vCard. (Must see rules for activities)

The block is triggered for increasing periods based on the number of irregular activities carried out in the vCard.
The blocking causes you to lose the Credits accumulated by the vCard over time and if the block is repeated over time, it can cause the loss of the Value of the Digital Property.

If the irregular activities are done by third party users, the vCard is not penalized, but the User author of the irregular activity is penalized by intervening with the penalties directly in the Profile. (Penalties equal to "Double vCard")
