Palace of the Autonomous Province of Trento


The Palace of the Autonomous Province of Trento is a building located in Trento, Italy. It is the seat of the Provincial Council of Trento and of the Provincial Council of Trento. 

The building was built between 1934 and 1936 based on a design by the architect Adalberto Libera. It is an example of rationalist architecture, characterized by simple lines and geometric volumes.

The facade of the building is in white Vicenza stone. The main entrance is located in the center of the facade and is flanked by two columns. Above the main entrance there is a large balcony.

The interior of the building is richly decorated with works of art by Trentino artists, including Fortunato Depero, Gino Pancheri and Felice Casorati.

The Palace of the Autonomous Province of Trento is an important historical and architectural building in the city of Trento. It is a symbol of the autonomy of Trentino-Alto Adige
