Comprising the main building and its extension, the "Rumeli Fair and Exhibition Center," the ICEC serves as a hub for significant conventions, trade fairs, concerts, exhibitions, as well as social and cultural events.
The main building, known as the Lütfi Kirdar Center, features the Anadolu Auditorium with a seating capacity of 2,000 people, Marmara Hall, two Topkapi halls, three Dolmabahçe halls, Galata Hall, Haliç Hall, three Sultan meeting rooms, three Barbaros meeting rooms, four Levent meeting rooms, and VIP rooms.
The Rumeli Center, an extension of the ICEC, provides a 7,000 m2 space, serving as a preferred venue for ballroom events and fairs in the city center. The Upper Level offers a 3,500-guest capacity activity area of 2,100 m2, divisible into four independent spaces, with a 1,900 m2 foyer.
The Lower Level, accessible through a separate entrance, houses the Hisar meeting hall, small-scale meeting rooms on the Mezzanine level, and the Rumeli Terrace. Within the Lütfi Kirdar Center, there is a restaurant with a rich tradition, the Bogaziçi Borsa Restaurant, open seven days a week and capable of accommodating 250 guests.
The complex is strategically connected through a passage to the Istanbul Congress Center and the Harbiye Muhsin Ertugrul Stage, both located across the street and closed to traffic. Additionally, a car park with a capacity for 1,000 vehicles is available beneath this comprehensive building complex.
