Villa Serventi is a historic residence in Rome, located in the Prenestino-Labicano district, in the Pigneto area.
The history of the places surrounding the current Villa Serventi is very jagged and difficult to interpret. Once the area in question was owned in part by the Anguillara family and in part by the Congregation of the Carthusians of Santa Maria degli Angeli.
More reliable news is from 1763 when Marco Antonio Noccioli sold the vineyard and the casino to Francesco Antonio Lepri, son of Giovanni, a native of Bevagna, for financial reasons.
The Lepri family remained the owners of the Vineyard and the Casino until March 1810, the year in which Cristiano Lepri (younger son of the aforementioned Francesco Antonio) separated from them in favor of Pietro Serventi, son of Mariano born Romano.
