In 1905, the emeritus architect José Perez Terraza completed Ignacio Portabella's commission for a tower on Avinguda Tibidabo, in Sant Gervasi for use and enjoyment primarily during the summer season.
Currently restored. It is a single-family tower of historicist style with modernist airs of two floors and a lookout tower that visually dominates the whole complex. A terrace with a balustrade rail crowns it in its entirety.
Its floral ornamentation and paintings stand out on the second floor where the four seasons of the year are represented. In those on the right side, which represent winter, when no photographic documents could be found that described them, a reinterpretation was carried out.
