Former Tobacco Factory Saim in Cafasso
The Former Tobacco Factory (Ex Tabacchificio) Saim in Cafasso was recovered by investing five million euros by the Municipality of Capaccio Paestum, recovering the premises that are used for holding events, as the structure that is located a few steps from the SS 18 and not far from the Paestum railway station.
The Ex Tabacchificio is a candidate to be a new exhibition center and a center for various types of events, from art, culture, tourism, to food and wine.
Only a few months ago it was affected by remediation interventions from eternity present on the roof and other adjustment interventions for a few hundred thousand euros.
The former Tobacconist's factory with its 5,000 square meters, is a container of high profile events, which is capturing attention nationwide.
