Rocca Grimaldi Palace
The Conidi Law Firm is located in the historic Palazzo Rocca Grimaldi - Conidi, a large building with a central courtyard, one of the most beautiful and refined historic residences in the city of Catanzaro.
Made in neoclassical style on two levels, ground floor and noble floor, it reveals all the taste and construction refinement of the 17th century. Palazzo Grimaldi - Conidi is located in the historic city center on the central Piazzetta del Rosario, a few steps from the Duomo and overlooking the ancient church of the Rosario.
Originally belonging to the Rocca family, the building dates back to 700 but built on an older organ dating back to the 16th century. In 1800 it became the home of the Grimaldi family, and in particular of the Catanzaro lawyer Bernardino Grimaldi, a parliamentarian for over thirty years since 1876 and eight times minister of the Kingdom. The building retains details of great historical interest, both in the structured materials used and in the furnishings of its rooms.
