The Nave de Vero Shopping Center, located in Marghera, near Venice, opened its doors to the public in 2014.

Much space is given to music, with the Nave de Vero in jazz festival, which over time has become a fixed appointment for fans of the genre, and to culture, with theatrical performances, conferences on art and science with the participation of famous historians of the art and experts.

The building is the first Italian project in the region to have obtained the important BREEAM certification.
