The Taza Pir Mosque (also spelled Tazapir, Teze Pir, Teze-Pir, Tezepir) is a mosque in Baku, Azerbaijan. Construction of the mosque began in 1905 on the design of architect Ziverbey Akhmedbeyov and was completed in 1914.
The idea to build the mosque and its funding were provided by an Azerbaijani philanthropist, Nabat Ashurbeyli.
The Taza Pir Mosque is the largest mosque in Baku.
It is located in the city center and is visible almost everywhere, especially from the sea.
Once on the site of this building was a one-story mosque.
