The history of human settlement on the territory is illustrated, thanks to an effective chronological display of the materials, starting from the first archaeological evidence of the Neolithic and Eneolithic age up to the ceramics and glass of post-Renaissance production found during the excavations for the expansion of the city hospital.

In the ArcheoMuseo of Arona, numerous panels accompany the visitor deepening the themes suggested by the finds displayed in the showcases.
