Laives

Laives is an Italian town in the autonomous province of Bolzano in Trentino-Alto Adige, which has been a city since 1985.

It is located less than 10 kilometers south of Bolzano, on the eastern side of the Adige Valley, at the confluence of the Adige and Isarco, at 250-270 m a.s.l. The inhabited center is crossed by the Rio Vallarsa.
