The Michetti Theater Building, a historic theater in Pescara, which has remained unfinished.
The restoration work, which began in 2016, was blocked due to a long legal dispute, which led to the end of the works in 2020.
Palazzo Michetti was built as the only building with the theater in 1910.
It was built by Pasquale Michetti, Vicentino's father, commissioned by his cousins Camillo and Vicenza.
The site previously housed the small Politeama Aternino.
The facade has Art Nouveau elements and bright majolica with painted oranges decorate the upper part.
