The vineyards and Cellars of Tenuta Ulmo Planeta become subjects and objects of cultural activities every year, through projects such as the itinerant residence for artists Viaggio in Sicilia, Sciaranuova Festival in the Teatro in Vigna that we have created on Etna, Santa Cecilia in Musica among the vineyards of Noto.

It is a structured programming, to which we reserve a constant investment, to enhance the territories and promote alternative forms of knowledge and use.

Menfi, Vittoria, Noto, Etna, Capo Milazzo. Our Journey to Sicily, a non-casual journey, strongly linked to the diversity of landscapes, winds, the character of men and their wines, through this project offers itself not only to our interpretation, but to the gaze of art.

Since 2004 we have been hosting Italian and foreign painters, photographers and writers, to guide them through the districts we have chosen for our vineyards and our cellars, in the days of harvest: we leave them the freedom to tell them through images and emotions, capturing the soul of places.

At the end of each trip we welcome the artists to one of our cellars, so that they can begin their creative work: in June of the following year, all the works converge in an exhibition and a selection of them contributes, with the same spirit, to the corpus of the collection. family's. It is our way of looking at our land with ever new eyes.
