Olbios Estates

Olbios Estates are born in a corner of Gallura caressed by the sea breeze and the sun: we are at the gates of Olbia, between the Pedres Castle and the majestic Tavolara Island.

Among the oaks and the Mediterranean scrub, the 60 hectares of owned vineyards are born here with the cultivation of Vermentino, and of red wines such as Carbernet, Cannonau and Merlot.

The Cellar, in which the wine is made and bottled for its products, is located in the center of the vineyards, and the building is an old renovated industrial farmhouse, where the ancient and the modern are blended.

The tasting room features granite stone walls, a wooden beam ceiling and a large fireplace carved into the rock.

In addition to a Wine Tasting, it is also possible to book a lunch with a menu prepared and prepared by the best Gallura chefs.
