Cantina delle Vigne by Piero Mancini

The link between Piero Mancini and Gallura, home of the Piero Mancini vineyards, begins in childhood when he spent his years with his grandparents taking care of the family vineyards. And in the 60s, with his return to Gallura, Piero Mancini decided to start the first vineyards, until the Cantina Piero Mancini was born in 1989, with the production of high quality wines that immediately had great success .

The area is that of Gallura, facing the Gulf of Olbia, for 120 hectares divided into 4 estates.

In addition to Vermentino di Gallura DOGC, which finds its ideal habitat here, other native varieties are grown such as Cannonau di Sardegna DOC and Moscato di Gallura DOC, and international vines such as Carbernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot and Chardonnay.

Inside the Balajana Estate, the old restored Gallura farmhouse is the starting point of a fascinating guided tour.
